* Please make sure your contact information is updated in the "Contact Info" tab so that invoices will show your information properly.
** Orders made before Aug 2015, Invoices will not appear here. Please contact support if you need a copy of older invoices.

- Check if you are using the latest version of the plugin. Our product documentations contain instructions on how to update your plugin.
- Make sure WordPress and all related plugins (e.g. Woocommerce) are all up to date.
- Theme issues? Make sure you are using the latest version of the theme. You may need to contact the theme developer first if there seems to be some appearance issues in your website.
